An altered state of mind, rather like daydreaming or driving in ‘auto-pilot’ mode where you are fully in control at all times. Unlike stage hypnosis, clinical hypnosis uses psychological techniques to assist with removing unwanted behaviours and promoting personal development. E.g. smoking cessation, anxiety, confidence, stress, pain control and insomnia and much more. Please note you will be booking for a zoom consultation. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking to secure your appointment
