Facial Reflexology

Service Description

A relaxing 45 minute treatment devoted to you, using an anti-ageing elixir or other facial oil. Use of thumbs/fingers to apply pressure point techniques to work on the reflex zones on the face (said to relate to organs, glands and systems of the body) to help correct imbalances throughout and restore harmony to the whole body. Research has shown reflexology to be effective for pain, headaches/migraines, infertility, arthritis, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, digestive problems (e.g. IBS) and stress related conditions.
