Indian Head Massage

Service Description

Based on the Ayurveda healing system in India promoting the flow of vayu through the body by kneading, rubbing and squeezing the muscles. Having the option to remain fully clothed, this treatment can be performed with or without oils. It is an upper body massage including the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck, head/scalp and marma points on the face – ideal treatment for tension headaches, eyestrain, sinus problems and stress. Treatment tailored to your own needs (firm pressure is exerted on the muscles so please let me know if you need it to be more gentle).
