Aromatherapy bespoke mini-kit (anxiety/s

Aromatherapy benefits include feelings of deep relaxation, improved mood, improved sleep and a general sense of health and well-being.

What is aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the use of smell in a therapeutic manner and is said to improve both physical and emotional well-being using essential oils. Essential oils penetrate through skin into the bloodstream to target specific organs. During a massage, aromatherapy helps you to relax and improve conditions to restore harmony and natural balance.

What is in the kits?

An organza gift bag containing:

  • A bag of lavender,

  • 50 ml bath oil,

  • 10 ml pulse point roll on,

  • 5 ml facial oil

made with Neal's Yard essential oils and bath oil (containing sunflower seed, apricot kernel and wheatgerm oil).

What do I do with the items in the kit?

The bag of lavender can be hung on your bed/near where you sleep to help you wind-down and induce a good nights sleep.

The bath oil can be used to help relax you, giving you some much needed 'me time' (making time for yourself). Put a few cap fulls into a running bath.

The pulse point roll on is to be rolled onto the front of your wrists (and even behind the ears) - the wrist is easily accessible for inhalation of the oil at any time, whenever you need it (be careful not to touch your face when out and about due to covid-19).

The facial oil can be applied at night using frankincense with its anti-ageing and sedative properties, or request a more uplifting oil such as orange (however, avoid the sun with citrus essential oils as there is potential for sunburn). You can also self administer pressure points (see YouTube videos below) to help with head tension. You only need a few drops for the whole face.

What is the expiry date?

The kits are made just prior to being delivered. It is recommended they are used within 3 months of delivery due to the natural ingredients used (no artificial preservatives).

Where should I store them?

The products are deliberately in coloured bottles to preserve the essential oils. They should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight.

What happens when using the aromatherapy products?

The essential oils are absorbed by the skin and into the circulatory system to help relax, calm and restore balance to your body and mind (for help with stress/anxiety).

Or rejuvenate if needing a boost!
