Service Description

A relaxing 55 minute treatment devoted to you. Use of thumbs/fingers to apply pressure point techniques to work on the reflex zones on the feet (said to relate to organs, glands and systems of the body) to help correct imbalances throughout and restore harmony to the whole body. Research has shown reflexology to be effective for the side effects of menopause...pain, low mood, night sweats, headaches/migraines, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, and stress. Please note you are paying in advance for 4 sessions
