Reflexology & ear acupuncture

Service Description

A relaxing 55 minute reflexology treatment devoted to you. Use of thumbs/fingers to apply pressure point techniques to work on the reflex zones on the feet (said to relate to organs, glands and systems of the body) to help correct imbalances throughout and restore harmony to the whole body. Research has shown reflexology to be effective for pain, headaches/migraines, infertility, arthritis, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, digestive problems (e.g. IBS) and stress related conditions. Plus ear acupuncture to help those that suffer with anxiety and stress
