Face + Feet Reflexology

Service Description

A relaxing 80 minute treatment devoted to you. Starting with a facial cleanse with a hot towel...enjoy a facial reflexology session designed to help you to 'switch off' your mind and ease emotions that show in the face. Then you will have a full foot reflexology session. Use of thumbs/fingers to apply pressure point techniques to work on the reflex zones on the feet (said to relate to organs, glands and systems of the body) to help correct imbalances throughout and restore harmony to the whole body. Research has shown reflexology to be effective for pain, headaches/migraines, infertility, arthritis, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, digestive problems (e.g. IBS) and stress related conditions.
